2. Payment Processing
- Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
- Orders are only processed and dispatched after successful payment confirmation.
- If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be confirmed. Please retry using the same or an alternative payment method.
3. Prices & Currency
Prices are automatically displayed in the currency of your market:
- Australia: Australian Dollar (AUD $)
- New Zealand: New Zealand Dollar (NZD $)
All prices include applicable taxes and duties. No additional fees will be charged at delivery. Price changes are possible at any time but do not apply retroactively to completed orders.
4. Payment Security
All transactions on Misty are protected by SSL encryption. Payments are processed by certified third-party payment providers. Misty Bear does not store your full card details.
5. Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, in the original currency of the transaction (AUD or NZD).
If you experience a payment issue, please contact our customer service team before initiating a chargeback. We will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
6. Invoices
Need an invoice for your order? Send a request to info@mistybear.com and we will provide one as soon as possible.
7. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers, we reserve the right to review, hold, or cancel orders where fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.
