These shipping terms apply to all orders placed on Misty Bear. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.

We currently ship to:

  • Australia (AU)
  • New Zealand (NZ)

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders to Australia and New Zealand. No minimum order value applies.

Processing & Delivery Times

Our delivery times consist of two components:

  • Order cut-off time: 11 PM (GMT+10:00 Sydney). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
  • Processing time (handling): 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays)
  • Transit time: 7–11 business days (Monday – Friday)
  • Estimated total delivery time: 8–14 business days from order date

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped with DHL or equivalent certified international carriers. Every order is assigned a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking link. You can also track your order at any time via our Track Your Order page using your order number and email address.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation.

Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties. No additional customs fees, import duties, or hidden charges will be added at delivery. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of ordering. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to redirect it. Any costs arising from an undeliverable package due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be at the customer's expense.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, depending on the situation, offer a replacement or full refund.

For damaged deliveries, please send us clear photos of the damage so we can process your claim quickly.
